FAQ
Does the print crack or peel off?
We do not use the DTF or vinyl technique that can sometimes cause that issue.
The technique we use is DTG or sublimation: DTG prints directly onto the garment and is ideal for detailed designs and cotton garments. Sublimation integrates using ink and heat, especially on polyester garments, achieving a very durable, smooth finish.
Does the print come off when you wash the t-shirt?
It should not disappear with normal washes. We recommend washing the garment inside out, using cold or lukewarm water, and avoiding very high temperatures in the dryer or iron.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Here we must separate 2 concepts:
1) Production time: 2-5 business days.
2) Estimated delivery time: An estimate of between 4-9 business days.
Therefore, you should have your order with you within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
IMPORTANT: The estimated delivery time is just that, an estimate,not a guarantee. If the estimated delivery time has already passed and your order has still not arrived, please wait a little longer. After 5 business days, get in touch with us via email or chat and we will look into your case.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, provided the shipping method used includes tracking.
The shipment status may also be updated progressively during transit.
